Child Safety Standards
These Child Safety Standards apply to Snuggle, a social connection app operated by Nerdware Labs Pvt. Ltd. Snuggle is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation and do not permit content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, or otherwise harms children.
Zero tolerance
Snuggle does not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion involving minors, or any other conduct that facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Users may not create, upload, request, share, distribute, solicit, or promote content or behaviour that sexually exploits or abuses children.
Snuggle provides an in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns and inappropriate content or behaviour. Users should report suspected child safety violations as soon as possible.

himanshu@nerdwarelabs.comWhen Snuggle obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or child sexual abuse or exploitation, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. This may include removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required, and making appropriate reports to competent authorities or designated reporting organizations when required.
Snuggle is intended for users aged 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create or maintain accounts on Snuggle. We take reports indicating that a minor is using the service seriously and may restrict or remove the account in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Our designated child-safety point of contact is responsible for receiving and responding to child-safety concerns and communications about Snuggle's child-safety practices.
